Historical context and archive audio

The setting draws on the 1982 campaign, but neither mission is a documentary reconstruction. Start with the National Army Museum’s campaign overview and the RAF Museum’s Harrier account.

First Light includes a Patrick Watts archive replay dated 2nd of April 1982, credited in the game to Jonathan Marks / Media Network Vintage Vault. The in-game archive-source button opens the recording’s source. Terrain material: “Rocky Terrain” by Amal Kumar / Poly Haven (CC0).
